The Factory at Franklin has been a staple in Middle Tennessee for shopping, dining and entertainment for decades. When The White Alligator restaurant decided to open their flagship store there, they wanted to preserve the charm of The Factory at Franklin yet bring to life a new, exciting restaurant concept. Trammell Bell’s expertise in lighting helped create a modern aesthetic without losing character.
Trammell Bell executed the retrofit lighting work for The White Alligator, improved lighting quality and ensured all new electrical was up to code. In doing so, they became more energy efficient and saved on monthly electrical expenditures.
